I just wanted to share a quick photo post of a pretty orange cake I made for a bake sale at church. Great job to everyone who helped make the sale a success! The delicious recipe may be found here (for me it made this cake AND an 8"single-layer cake.

ReplyDeletei sure hope you didn't cook that in the oven, i mean you did use a more energy efficient way to bake this cake right? I can't help but think of the energy savings that a solar oven could offer you though. After 3 or 4 trials, I've found the perfect balance of sunlight and mine comes out well every time. I encourage you to keep trying a more energy efficient way.
